*Every now and then I have a “treat” day where we will have something like Fish Nuggets or Chicken Strips & Baked Fries for lunch, but this not the norm. I try my best to provide homemade, healthy meals & snacks! Many times we will be enjoying leftovers of soups, stews, casseroles, etc. I also like to “sneak” fruits/veggies into common favorites.
I do not serve sugary juices/beverages. Milk will be served in the breakfast and snack rotation but not every day. Feel free to send a sippy/thermos of milk in the morning (if you wish for you child to have it every day). I promote lots of healthy H2O drinking!
